The best burrito in the house with a dear brother + Worship at RG

Just like how Wikipedia explained it...

burrito or taco de harina is a type of Mexican-American Food. It consists of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose the filling.
Quite honestly, I've never had an impression that burritos would actually fill my really growling tummy and much worse if I had a really early lunch and dinner was the next meal that time would allow me to consume some food due to some extreme workload at work. Hah. So... Yeah. I always thought that burrito are just like, snacks kinda thing, you know? A giant snack, to be exact.

Then came MUCHACHOS.

Oh my. This is ONE GOOD BURRITO in SINGAPORE.

Met up with AJT for dinner just to catch up on life and to bless this dear brother some birthday meal/dessert. Wanted Korean BBQ initially but nah, just didn't had the feel to it. So he suggested having dinner at Muchachos and boy did I LOVE it.

Located just a few minutes walk away from Outram Park Mrt station, this hidden gem was really amazing. Prior to this, I was kinda skeptical about having burrito for dinner due to the reason given above, but after reading some reviews online and all, with its superb ratings and all that, I tell myself, why not just give this a shot and see how it goes!?

Ordered the Carne Asada burrito! It was beyond what I thought It would be man! Delicious stuff! What lies beneath the succulent wrap are just some pure magic, in my opinion. Haha. Just like how I saw a review mentioned this, a "real" california burrito, I was really delighted and satisfied with it! :)

Here's the giant burrito from Muchachos! It could be easily shared by two people.

Beef, Rice, Baked Beans, a selection of Salsa, fresh GUACAMOLE, Melted Cheese, top it off with sour cream and their special chilli flavoured sauce for some spicy flavour!
Of all the ingredients in the burrito, what made it stood out was definitely the GUACAMOLE. Oh my! I never knew avocado could actually taste this good! Hah. Thank God AJT told me to get some of them. It was definitely the "Star" of the burrito wrap man!

The beef burrito cost me about $13.75, with an additional $1.75 for the amazing guacamole to be in your burrito that will change your life forever! Hah! It's really affordable if you ask me, given the amazing quality and the portion of it.

They do have vegetarian ones as well in the menu. Apart from burritos, they do sell quesadilla too. Perhaps I'll try that one my next visit there!

AJT and I got some chips to go along too. These chips cost about $2.75 for quite a generous portion of them. As for the guacamole you see there along the chips, we loved it too much that we ordered additional portion of it, just for our chips to be dipped into it for that amazing taste. Hah. Cost us about $4.25 for that one though.

All in all, I really think this is probably the only burritos shop that I will ever dine in, since it has already set the standard so high. Everything else will probably pale in comparison. Hahaha. Okay on the serious note, this is one good burritos shop man. I'll definitely be back again for some mexican flavour soon!

Every Wednesday/Thursday, Samuel Gabriel has this worship session thingy at RG. Just a small session of worship at his shop. This man of God is seriously amazing. Getting all the quality sound system with his own pocket money, just so that we can have better sound for worship. From just a keyboard and guitars setup to this current one with bass guitar and a cajon. Man. What a worship session man!

I like how we always get to pray for one another after an amazing session of worship and holy communion. Like how Sam G said, nobody in this world has no need. Sure got something to pray for one. Haha. And boy did those prayers came to past! The power of praying together and believing with one another in Jesus name is seriously powerful.

Looking forward to the next one already. :-)
