Chanced upon this picture above randomly while scrolling through some social media site. Somehow or another, DURING work itself, it kinda got me thinking about it. So much so that I needed to take 5 from work, just to get myself back to the work "flow" again.
So there I was thinking, God... is the big sky. And the red balloon as shown above, are my problems. Well, we all know that the sky is HUGE. I mean, its REALLY HUGE. Never-ending, I might add. But beyond that, I think God is even BIGGER than the sky itself. The Creator must definitely be bigger than the creation right?
It got me thinking about how small my problems really are, if I look at them from God's point of view. Given how Pastor Louie Giglio showed us how amazing and and huge our God really is, it pondered upon my heart; our problems are really small, from God's point of view.
So then came the balloons in the picture above. The girl's letting go of the balloon, which in this case, signifies letting go of her problem, so that God can take care of it. Balloons come in many shapes and forms and sizes. Some of which are even made in different materials. That explains our many many different kinds of challenges and issues we faced and we will faced in life.
Holding on to these "balloons", they will never burst and be "solved". But by letting go and just let these balloons float in the air towards the sky(God), they will burst in the air, given the altitude and pressure.
You might think, okay... So? I think the point here is, if I were to summarised my words into one sentence, letting go of these "balloons" so that God can deal with them His way.
I don't know bout you, but this serves as a good reminder for my soul all over again. Wow. :-) That short 15 mins of thinking and dreaming and just, wondering about the picture above, was worth it, I reckon. I bet God knew I was thinking about His amazing plan and love for us, that somehow or another, even though my working environment is really hectic, given it being a bank, nobody "disturbed" me for that 15 mins. On any other given normal day, 5 mins of staring unto blank space would result in somebody screaming their lungs off in your ears, asking you to do this, to do that. Hah.
Thank you Jesus, for showing me via a picture above. A simple random one, I might add again.

Caught Rio 2 on Wednesday, courtesy of Kelly! I am just thankful for friends who works for movie companies... Hahaha.
Well, I thought Rio 2 was okay. I mean, if I were to look at it from a kid's perspective, I would say it was great! With all the singing and dancing and rocking of the many different colourful birds flying around and all that. It would most definitely attract any kid's attention uh! But given that I am NOT a kid, I thought it was, and it IS a family show. Perfect for families with kids, to be specific. Rio 2 was given like quite a good rating of Rotten Tomatoes/IMDB I think? But honestly, I thought it probably deserve like a "normal" rating and not a good one like how these movie critic website rated them to be? Maybe that's the reason why I expected alot more. Meh. Oh well. At least It was a fun movie to catch in the middle of the week!
They had these "birds" going around the cinema, posing and all that for people to take picture with. Haha. Not too friendly birds, since I tried to talk to them and nobody responded. Maybe they were told not to talk to people? Maybe.
The company for the evening! :) Thanks for coming guys!
