There are 4 signature Ramen King Bowls that diners like you and me get to choose from -
- The Original BUTAO King - which is Ramen Nagi Award-Winning Tonkatsu pork broth prepared in traditional method.
- Red King - Striking blend of garlic, chili oil, and cayenne pepper in a velvety broth
- Green King - Fusion of fresh basil and olive oil with delectable tonkatsu broth.
- Black King - Fragrant blackened garlic and squid in a silky broth.
Diners can customise their ramen on the sheet that will be provided to you upon sitting down in their restaurant. You can expect to customise your ramen such as how rich you want your broth to be, the spicy level of the soup, the firmness of the ramen, the amount of garlic, the type of vegetable you want your ramen to have - either cabbage or spring onion, and a choice of pork shoulder of pork belly.
Apart from the ramen, Ramen Nagi also offer very delicious sides such as the Charshu Rice, the Gyoza, and the Chicken Karaage.
Thumbs up for Ramen Nagi! Really glad I went down for the media tasting, and for sure it will not be my last time there.
