So a random visit to the cousin's cafe (The Tiramisu Hero) got me doing the pose above; one that resulted in much stares and laughter, since you know, this kinda shot takes like forever to capture the right one right? Haha. But it was fun. I really like this cafe cos it's super near my place. Like, walking distance kinda near? Hah. I can literally walk home thereafter!
A superhero pose definitely got me thinking about the REAL Superhero - Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I guess like everyone else, even though sometimes we do know that Christ is in us, and Christ is FOR us, sometimes when circumstances or challenges hit us hard, like BANG! Somehow or another, we tend to forget that truth. That simple truth that Christ is IN us, and Christ is FOR us.
Yesterday evening's Delta CG Slumber Party got me thinking as well, since the first part of the sharing was about us being dead WITH Christ, so that now His life is ours as well. I really like how we were once crucified with Him. The cross speaks of our victory. If Christ is victorious, we ARE victorious as well! Because as He is, so are we in this world!
So with Christ IN us, we need not be afraid of challenges or circumstances in life. I know it can be rather challenging and difficult at times to comprehend why are things going like that when Christ is IN us already. But I guess that's where Romans828 comes in huh? All thing eventually will work for good for those we are IN Christ Jesus. :)
Until Jesus is glorified in every situation, don't stop believing. God's still working on it, and HIS SON will be glorified!
