I went to the outlet that was located at Amara hotel shopping wing. Bev brought me there since she kinda knows the place well and all that. The entire place doesn't look very big, but big enough to accommodate quite a number of people for lunch/dinner.
So we are given like a piece of paper before we enter the restaurant, to place our orders and all that. Quite a standard procedure, since the many other ramen stalls that I've been to are all like that too.
Upon ordering, we were brought to our seats by the friendly waitress.
I think the owners knew that the wait for our ramen to come might take awhile and all that. So they gave us the following items to play with or to consume.
1.) Sesame seeds.
I like how we get to grind our own sesame seeds. Haha. The left one indicates the pre-grinded ones, while the right one's the aftermath of it. Bev does a really good job in this while I just suck at it. Hah. Oh well.
2.) Hard boiled eggs.
This is quite a standard thing for most ramen shops here. Nothing too fanciful or spectacular here too. :\
3.) Cold bean sprouts.
Haha okay I really like bean sprouts in general. So I really love the this alot. I could eat this ALL DAY LONG man. Hahaha. I would say that this goes pretty well with the ramen too. :)
They also have like this special drink of theirs; Green tea cola.
As you can tell by the name of the drink... This is really one of its kind man. Too bad Bev and I didn't order this but I'll wanna try this sometime soon!
So after much chatting and playing and eating all the stuff there's on the table in front of us... Our ramen finally arrived.
And boy was I NOT disappointed man. Truly a FEAST!
Given that I was hungry that day, I ordered the one that has "everything" on it. That basically means that, besides the ramen noodle, the soup, the seaweed, and the superb soft chicken drumstick in the ramen bowl, my "everything" set comes with the tamago eggs, a piece of pork and the black fungus too.
This is easily one of my best ramen experience in Singapore. I'll definitely try this again someday soon! ;-)
Some other updates....
A sudden new thing that I like to do recently. I like to take those OOTD shots. Hahaha. I think it's a waste when you dress up on a certain day, and you did not take a picture of your outfit. No? At least in my opinion it is! Hahaha.
#OOTD #WIWT
Till next time, folks!
