Two Moons on 27th August!

And so, I received an email that was titled, "TWO MOONS ON 27th AUGUST!". On natural instint, one would just click and view the email. I mean, how often do you actually receive email telling you something phenomenal like.. two moons on the same day!?






Base on that email, It is said to be that on the month of August 2008, Planet Mars will be at its brightest, it'll be so bright that it'll look as large as the full moon to the naked eyes of ours!

This phenomenal incident will cultivate on the 27th of August when Mars comes within 34.65M miles off Earth. The approximate timing for this amazing incident will happen at around 12.30am, 27th August.

The Next time Mars may come this close is in 2287. No one would be alive to witness it ever again.


Hmmm, I for one would definitely be looking out for the 2 moons on that day. I mean, how often do you get to see two moons!?

And like what the email mentioned, the next time this will happen, we'll all be dead.
